
The electronic shogging control system(EL) is an intelligent system that uses servo motors to replace traditional mechanical chain blocks. It precisely controls the front and back (overlap and underlap) shogging movement of the warp knitting machine's guide bars via computer programming.
Application:Suitable for all Raschel and Tricot warp knitting machines. Compared to traditional mechanical shogging (chain blocks), the electronic system utilizes servo motor control, resulting in higher shogging precision. It can easily achieve complex lapping movements with large patterns, asymmetry, and multiple gauges, better meeting the high demands of modern production. Additionally, because pattern changes are simpler, it significantly improves production efficiency.
